Welcome to Saoirse

We are a community of ordinary, imperfect people, from various walks of life, and from different nations, who live in and around the vibrant city of Dublin. The main thing we have in common is a person, Jesus. His extraordinary and perfect love for us, has and is changing us in such radical ways that we want to know Him more and more.

The word Saoirse (pronounced Seer-sha) means freedom! Far from being religious and boring, knowing Jesus is about experiencing freedom to live life as God intended it to be lived - Ephesians 1:7-10 (The Message). We want to be a community known for this freedom that comes from God. We want Saoirse to impact our city, this nation and the nations! (Why Saoirse?)

We are all from different backgrounds. You may have been turned off God by previous experiences of church; you may be moving to Dublin and looking for a spiritual home or you may never have had anything to do with church but you are hungry to find out about God. Wherever you are, we hope that you will discover the next step for your journey within Saoirse.
